Finding the Sweet Spots

I began my residency at Open Space Arts Society in a completely visual mode by looking, looking. I walked around the space, the stairwells, storage rooms, offices, and gallery seeking out the sweet spots, the areas that showed evidence of process and wear. Eyes wide open to the scars that hold together to form a history of touch on place. This visual exploration gave way to tactile absorbtion as I felt my way through the tissue of the space, pressing, pressing.ImageImageImageImage
